About STEMx members:

The STEMx network seeks to bring together the nation's leading STEM organizations. Each member organization is a little different, but most members:

• Non-profit or state agency
• Reach more than 500 students each year
• Represent the STEM education efforts of an entire state or significant region of the state

Benefits of membership:

The STEMx network leverages the power of a national network to close STEM access, talent and skills gaps. Becoming an organizational member of STEMx will connect your organization to like minded STEM advocates who are leading state STEM efforts. Together, we can amplify the power of our individual voices to make a national difference in STEM. Apply* to become a STEMx member organization, and you will:

• Increase the capacity and impact of state-level STEM efforts by joining a community of practice.
• Participate in national STEM advocacy as part of a broader coalition.
• Share and learn "what works" in STEM education

Membership requirements:

There are no fees or dues associated with STEMx membership, however member organizations are expected to regularly engage and participate in network activities. This ensures that STEMx is a vibrant, relevant and useful community of practice for all members. Members are expected to:

• Participate in monthly webinars featuring policy, advocacy and best practices
• Attend annual STEMx conference
• Contribute ideas and share what's working in your state
